- Degree in HRM or Law is preferred.
- 15 years min experience in in a legal or industrial relations role or as an HR Advisor, Employee Relations Advisor or Policy Administrator and with 5 years in managerial role.
- Preferably from Oil and gas industry experience is essential.
- HR Business Partnering experience is an added advantage
- People skills – patience and empathy
- Excellent interpersonal & commercial skills
