- Support technical and engineering personnel with project support duties.
- Assist during bidding/tendering and site visits as required.
- Compile technical reports.
- Ensure maintenance facilities in good condition and all facilities documentation is in place.
- Act as work leader and provide technical assistance during project execution in the absence of an Engineer.
- Provide technical services to customer on time.
- Answer and respond to customer calls and messages.
- Supervise Technicians in handling routine customer issues.
- Keep abreast of technical development to provide excellent service to customers.
- Adhere to corporate service standards in technical assistant functions.
- Any other duties as assigned HOD/PE/MD/COO from time to time.
- Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Electrical or Electrical field.
- 4 years working experience.
