Prepare technical and commercial proposal based on client requirement.
Discuss with Head of Department on strategy to enter tender proposal.
Prepare and distribute Request for Quotation (RFQ) to vendor / sub- contractor.
Expand the list of registered vendors with the company.
Strike strategic alliance with vendor / subcontractor to support the company business.
Perform technical and commercial evalution based the supplier / subcontractor submission.
Prepare & review procurement plan and schedule of delivery.
Determine and establish commercial database.
Responsible to update and mantain project management information, document and files.
Develop and maintain project budgets with income and expenditures.
Actively managing procurement item, finances and personnel to ensure projects are delivered within time and budget.
Responsible for Planning and implementation from tendering stage into "won" project to ensure the effective mobilization of projects in accordance to clients/ contract requirement.
Contact contractors, vendors, subcontractors, partners and coordinate services as directed.
Proactively coordinating projects and acting as a central point of contact for the project team including directors, project team, supervisors, and sub-contractors/partners.
Assist the bidding and tendering team.
Any other duties as assigned by HOD, GM, COO and MD from time to time.
