SPICY CHILI PASTE WITH SAMBAL TEXTURE
Made from a mixture of dried chilies with secondary ingredients such as shrimp paste, garlic, shallot, and tamarind paste. Sambal or chili paste are usually served as hot and spicy condiments for dishes like grilled fish, fried chicken or noodles soup. It can also be used to prepare fried rice, or any dishes that use chili as their main ingredients. This product need to be store in room temperature to stand up to 12 months.
