Not having competent staff, trained in regulating, managing, executing decommissioning is therefore a key risk for many regulators and oil and gas companies.

This training course was designed to cover all aspects of offshore decommissioning from the initial planning phase, dealing with regulatory issues, transition from production to decommissioning, cessation of production, well abandonment, subsea work and asset removal and disposal.
